European Property Investment Director during the 2006 London AIM listing of the Corovest International Real Estate Fund (CIREF) which raised £30m in May 2006 and an additional £11m in Feb 2007. The Fund had a projected

GDV of over £900m including the development of 4 new UK shopping centres and larger scale residential schemes.

European Property Director to both Corovest Fund Managers Limited, the Investment Manager to CIREF and Corovest International Ltd, the Property Advisor.

Directly managed the acquisition, funding and completion of a £90m residential and commercial scheme at Ipswich Docks and as Head of Development at Colliers CRE was involved in the completion of mixed use projects in excess of £750m.

Previously a founding director of Croft Sennett, advising Parcelforce on their UK property portfolio as well as other institutional clients, including Arrowcroft, Prudential and Royal London.
