Experience

Elaine began her career with Natwest, working in their Business Centre based in Kent. During her year and a half with the Bank, she managed a portfolio of small and medium sized businesses to provide business growth support and proactively sourced new business opportunities.

In 2005, Elaine joined Gerald Eve Surveyors, and spent three years with the firm in the Planning and development, Residential Leasehold Reform and Specialist departments. During this period, Elaine played an integral role in a number of large portfolio valuations undertaken for some of the firm’s major clients, including annual valuations of PCL residential portfolios, valuations of museums, hospitals and surplus land and buildings of educational establishments, as well as development viability analysis for Local Authorities.

Since joining DCML in January 2010, Elaine has become a valuable member of the Fund Advisory team, and overseas all of the fund administration matters on a day to day basis along with providing Mark Sennett with assistance on all Property Management, Acquisition and Negotiation issues.
